Socrates asserted that an individual must, "Know Thyself", to be wise.

More than two thousand years later,

Oscar Wilde wrote,

"Know Thyself" was written over the portal of the antique world,

 Over the portal of the new world, 'Be Thyself' shall be written.

 

My personal philosophy is that you must know yourself to be yourself. In a hurried world, with many demands, it is often difficult to find a space to do either.  As a coach my role as a thought partner, is to create a safe space and set a dedicated time that allows you to relate to your inner wisdom. Leaders who invest in themselves open doors to new perspectives that provide opportunities for authenticity of being which is integral to being a Resonant Leader.
